Army Community Service is an empowered team that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and responsive advocacy and prevention, information and referral, outreach, financial, employment, Soldier and Family readiness, exceptional Family Member and relocation assistance services that support the readiness and well-being of Soldiers and their Families, Civilian Employees, and Retirees.

Your Senior Leaders want to know: Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) provides the Army community a "voice" in shaping their standards of living and identifying issues related to the current environment.

Army Family Team Building (AFTB) empowers you, through self-development and leadership skills, basic Army knowledge and specialized training, to maximize your personal and professional potential. 

We are home to the center of volunteer recruitment, referral, recognition, and advocacy efforts for the installation. Volunteers are recruited for a wide variety of positions throughout the on and off-post communities. Individuals wishing to benefit from volunteer service may register their resumes and more. Organizations wishing to benefit from volunteer service may register their volunteer job descriptions with the Volunteer Center, whose staff will work to fill the positions with the right volunteers.

The CSC serves as a valuable communication link to increase awareness levels of all community residents concerning programs, activities and facilities in the greater Installation community.  The III Armored Corps Commanding General chairs the meeting. The Installation and Community Calendar is presented along with agenda items that are derived from cyclic topics and issues raised by CSC members and III Corps and Garrison staff.

The Employment Readiness Program assists job seekers and career changers with overcoming significant challenges associated with finding employment, especially during relocation.

The Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) provides comprehensive support to Family members with special needs.

The U.S. Army Family Advocacy Program (FAP) helps Soldiers and their Families recognize and prepare for the unique challenges of military lifestyles. Our services include seminars, workshops, counseling, and intervention to help strengthen the relationships of Army Families.

Your resource for information on money matters to better understand financial topics.

HBBs allow Families to work from their Army quarters, developing rewarding careers that follow them through PCS moves.

We provide commanders, Soldiers and Families with information regarding military and civilian community resources.

The New Parent Support Program (NPSP) promotes healthy Families through a variety of services including home visits, support groups, and parenting classes.

ACS Relocation Assistance can assist with basic household items, world wide military information assistance, sponsorship and more.

SFAC services help these Soldiers make life-changing decisions as they transition back to duty or on to civilian life.

We facilitate support groups where Families and individuals can share feelings, burdens, thoughts, resources and information in a safe and understand setting.

The Family Advocacy Victim Advocate Program is a specialized function within FAP providing comprehensive assistance and liaison to and for victims of spouse abuse and sexual assault.
