Swim Lessons
Available for children 6 months - 5+ years and adult lessons for 14 years and up.
$50 per participant per session
(small group, limited availability)
Patrons may bring a towel and a change of clothes. Patrons accompanying minors must remain in the pool area with minor for the duration of the class.
PARENT AND CHILD AQUATICS
American Red Cross Parent and Child Aquatics is designed for children between the ages of 6 months and approximately 3 years, and their parents: Water Acclimation, Water Safety, Floating & Breathing skills. In-water parent participation is required.
PRESCHOOL AQUATICS
American Red Cross Preschool Aquatics is designed for children approximately 4 to 5 years of age. The purpose of this course is to facilitate developmentally appropriate learning of fundamental water safety and aquatic skills.
LEVEL 1
Introduction to Water Skills: Students will learn how to feel comfortable in the water and safely enjoy it.
LEVEL 2
Fundamentals of Aquatic Skills: Children will learn basic swimming skills.
LEVEL 3
Stroke Development - Additional guided practice will help students further improve their skills.
LEVEL 4
Stroke Improvement - Kids will gain confidence during swim lessons, improve their stroke technique, and develop additional aquatic skills.
ADULT SWIM
Stroke Refinement: Guidance allows kids to refine their strokes and become more efficient swimmers.
ADULT SWIM
Learning the Basics: Helps adults gain basic aquatic skills and swimming strokes
