Loving on Your Wounds: Session 1
Whether you are looking for a life partner, a business partner, or a best friend, does it appear difficult to form and maintain healthy relationships with others? This presentation will explore the origins of your own attitudes towards relationships, relationship stressors, and the difficulties of failed relationship expectations. In addition, this presentation will help you to clarify what you are really looking for in a relationship and help you become aware of your own personal pitfalls in choosing the wrong people.
Navigating Tough Terrain: Session 2
Forming, maintaining, and balancing multiple relationships in a 24 hour period increases stress for individuals. Multiple relationships between our spouses, children, siblings, parents, soldiers, and command to name a few, can be physically, emotionally, and verbally challenging. This presentation will explore how to use the three "C's" of communication: to communicate, to collaborate and to commit as ways to navigate the tough terrain of having multiple relationships.
