Come out and cheer on the lifts!

Space to participate is limited. Lifting starts at 1600 and ends at least 15 minutes before end of event. Please arrive early to check-in and warm up. Limited equipment will be available for use at the facility during event timeframe.

Participation Rules

  • Three event lifts: Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift.
  • Participants will obtain their score sheet at check-in and predict their weight for each lift. This predicted weight cannot change.
  • Participants have 60 seconds to complete the judged lift. If the weight is lifted, the participant successfully moves on to the next event lift.
  • articipants have three chances to lift the predicted weight. If three lifts are unsuccessful, the participant does not proceed to the next event lift.
  • Participants must accumulate 1000 or 500 POUNDS to “join” the 1000/500LB Club
