Class Descriptions

Spin

  • Spinning provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout at all fitness levels full of hills, sprints and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction. Spinning will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, improve your overall physical health and increase your caloric burn.

Zumba

  • Ditch the workout and join the party! A fusion of Latin and International music dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic / fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.

Yoga
