Warrior Fitness Team

May 6, 2019 at 10 to 10:30 a.m.
Fitness demo and mini-competition with Level III ACFT Instructors at Applied Functional Fitness Center on the Alpha Warrior rig.

May 6, 2019 at 11 a.m.-1 p.m. - Meet and Greet at the main Exchange

Swim, Swim, Swim

May 9, 2019 at 1 to 3 p.m., Abrams Indoor Pool
Challenge yourself to max the Army APFT swim plus some. Swim distance is 750 meters.

Spin It Up

May 11, 2019 at 9 to 10 a.m.
Indoor cycling event. Participants come out and join the spin instructor in a one hour spin class at the Spin zone behind Abrams Physical Fitness Center, bldg. 23005.
$3 per participant, must be 13 years of age or older 

Dash & Splash 5K

May 18, 2019 at 8 a.m. - Free and Open to All, registration required.
Participants can enjoy the 5k route and then end with a dive in the pool. Register Today

Tug of War

May 24, 2019 at 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Harvey Functional Fitness Center.
Teams must be co-ed (2 females and 1 male or 2 males and 1 female)
First place will recieve a trophy and bragging right while all participants will recieve a t-shirt.
