The Twenty-third Annual Holiday Spectacular
Nature In Lights turns Belton Lake Outdoor Recreation Area into a winter wonderland for kids and kids at heart. This event is open to the public and visitors can drive through the 800+ acre park nightly and enjoy five and one half miles of illuminated displays, many computer animated, ranging in size from strands of lights artfully configured to scenes spanning 40’ x 300’ wide, as well as architectural and foliage lighting. Tune into BLORA’s FM 91.9 to enjoy the sounds of the season as you travel through the park.
Saddle Night
Nov 9 (inclement weather date – Nov 10) 6:00pm
Depart BLORA Ranch for a ride through the lower portion of the lights via horseback for $40 per person. Bring your own horse with proof of negative coggins required.

Located in the park’s enclosed and heated Live Oak Pavilion, to shop for gifts, take photographs with Santa, and partake in homemade cookies, hot chocolate and other treats.

The last stop on the trail is Santa’s Depot, located near the end of the trail of lights, at BLORA’s Marina Cove parking lot, where guests can enjoy concessions under the stars, play at the Depot Den, hop aboard the train for a ride through an exclusive trail of lights, or just stretch their legs on a playground before the ride home.
